Forever Friends

Forever friends we'll always be,
For Heaven is where we met you see.
On earth we lived so far away,
Forgotten friends until that day;
In a cabin at Maple Dell,
So scared and shy our hearts did swell.
Before we knew it the week was gone,
And home again our hearts did long.
Our spirits had touched and then we knew,
This wasn't a freindship starting brand new.
Other marveled at the short time it had been,
That a lifetime of friendship we did not spend.
Our sorrow and joys together we share,
The knowledge we have that both of us care.
Our love grows stronger dayd by day,
The miles between us can't keep us away.
Yes, it was Heaven where our spirits did touch,
We'll always be freinds, I love you so much.
