1)  Hey, we hope you're all having an excellent month!

2)  We're still working on redesigning the site to make
it easier to use.  The navigation aids are almost done.
When we're done you'll be able to edit your listing
anytime with your username and password.

3)  New password system
If you haven't noticed already, you have to agree
to be a responsible member before you can either put up 
a listing or search for other members listings.
Why did we do this?  To protect you the members from receiving
junk email and to help cut down on the few incidents of 
harrassing emails that a few members have received.
By taking a few minutes to fill out the agreement and a few
seconds to enter a password, you are helping to fight crime
on the net.

Spam Problems:
They day before we implemented this password system, many of you
received a junk email from Inspire Graphics with the subject
of "FREE LDS Software!!!!!!".  If you received this email,
please do not respond to it.  If you ordered their product
already, please return it.  They harvested members addresses
off the site before we could stop them.  
Never encourage spammers by buying their products.  They are
unethical freeloaders.  The next time you are frustrated with
pages loading slowly on the web, step back and think that spam
is the #1 cause of congestion on the net today.

4) New Message Boards and Chat Rooms!:
Many of you aren't aware of the great discussions that your
fellow members are having are on our message boards.  There
are many different discussion and chat rooms.  Check them out at
http://ldsfriends.com/board/
Some of the new ones are Returned Missionary Chat, Primary Children
Chat, Single Adult discussion board, and Classified ad board.
